Technical Details Consent (TDC)

Once the PiP is approved, we will work with you to develop a full vision for your site, and progress it to achieve Technical Design Consent. 

This stage encompasses the complete architectural design, including a defined layout, appearance materials and massing, supported by a sustainable construction strategy. 

We also integrate biodiversity measures, SuDS, landscape design and low-carbon, net-zero construction principles to create a cohesive, future-ready scheme.

Once the TDC is complete, you’ll be able to sell your plots off-plan, and be a part of helping to grow a sustainable community in your area.
