Chloë joined Footprint Architects in April 2025 as a Trainee Interior Architect for a 7-week placement as part of her Interior Architecture and Design undergraduate degree at Arts University Bournemouth. Prior to her studies, she previously operated her own small business specialising in home reorganisation. Her academic projects so far have focused on design for health and wellbeing, as well as an exploration into sustainable technologies. Chloë’s last project focused on harnessing the powers of mycelium in context with the design industry, designing a mycelium cultivation centre which could produce new regenerative materials on a large scale.
Her hands-on work experience combined with a drive to have a greater understanding of an architect’s role ensure she is keen on learning how to improve larger social issues through design.
In her spare time, Chloë likes to restore antique furniture, travel and spend time in nature.
